Flash sales and special promotions at the Thailand swimming pool shop and SPTpools stores

Special additional conditions apply to flash sales and special promotion campaigns:

• All online sales require the customer to register an account.
  
• Unless otherwise stated, flash sales apply only to the products and/or categories as advertised with their prices. Offline sales do not benefit from flash sale discounts.
  
• Flash sales are strictly only available on the dates/times advertised.
• Flash sale discounts do not apply to customised products or products made to special order or subject to special import.
• Discounts do not apply to shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• They are available so long as stocks last. If when you place and pay for your order, the product is already out of stock, you can either consider waiting for new supplies to arrive or we will issue a full refund.
• Flash sales vouchers cannot be used together with any other credit vouchers. Most credit vouchers are valid for 12 months. We recommend you use your flash sales voucher, and keep any other vouchers for a future purchase.
• Flash sale orders cannot be modified. If you make an error making your order, cancel the order and make a new one.
• Orders requiring any manual intervention from our staff will be disqualified from the discount.
• Over-payment or canceled product: refunds will be deducted an administration fee of 5%

Spam: We do not persistently spam our customers with persistent special offers. You will receive occasional notification of special offers if:

• You are a registered customer.
• You have contacted SwimmingPoolsThailand at any time by email for free advice.

Our newsletters are rare, and we reserve the right to keep you informed. If you really do not wish to be informed of anything affecting your trade and discounts with SwimmingPoolsThailand, please let us know and we will remove your details from our database.

We will never sell, lend, or otherwise communicate your details outside our company. If you receive unsolicited calls or mail from persons claiming to be part of our organisation, please let us know.
