How to make your payment                     

(This is part of our T&C)

Payment for your order for products or services is really easy if you follow the simple steps in the checkout process. This page explains how it works. See the table of contents below.

Never pay any money before you have received an order number, invoice and payment instructions, otherwise your money may be lost in our system.

Due to the high administrative costs Credit Card and PayPal payments are not accepted on orders over ฿30,000.00

We do not accept payments from Wells Fargo, Wise, World Remit, Xe, or any other wire services or foreign banks. Why not?

Unless paying by PayPal, always send a screenshot confirmation of your transfer so that your payment can be matched to your order. For your security, payments not confirmed within 48 hours will incur cancellation of your order. See Basics below.

1. Basics (summary)

● We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery). Goods are shipped strictly on pre-payment only. 
● All payments received after 12:00 noon Thai time (GMT+7) will be processed the next working/business day. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not working days for SwimmingPoolsThailand online store division).
You must provide us with proof of payment before we can ship your order. If you send your confirmation to a wrong email address, it might not be seen.
● Separate orders must be paid separately.
● Orders are cancelled if no payment is received within 48 hours of confirmation of order.
● The success of our low prices relies on a high degree of automation provided by our shop software.
● Orders made by email, or requiring manual processing or invoicing may incur up to 5% additional administrative fee, and will take longer to process.
● Prices are not negotiable.
● Prices are in Thai baht (THB) and include 7% VAT*. Shipping costs are displayed automatically in the shopping basket. Prices are not negotiable.
● We operate a 7-day return/refund policy.
● Business is conducted under the consumer laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, not by those in your home country. They can be very different.

2. iBanking from your computer or phone

Payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation of order. Transfers from the same bank company to the same bank company are generally free of charge.  When you check out from your order, click this icon:

If you can operate your Thai bank account from a computer or mobile device, you can make your payment from the comfort of your own computer, tablet, or smart phone to our account. You can make a payment with your ATM card, Debit card, or Credit card from an ATM machine to our account at the bank shown on your order confirmation.
Transfers from the same bank company to the same bank company are generally free of charge.

You must email or send a phone-photo of the transaction quoting your order number. The banks do not inform us of your name or order number.

3. Transfer from ATM

Payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation of order. Transfers from the same bank company to the same bank company are generally free of charge.  When you check out from your order, click this icon:

You will receive full instructions by email in a few seconds. Generally, bank-to-bank transfers are free. You must email or send a phone-photo of the transaction quoting your order number - the banks do not inform us of your name or order number.

You can make a payment with your ATM card, Debit card, or Credit card from an ATM machine to our account at the bank shown on your order confirmation.

4. Cash transfer (within Thailand)

Payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation of order. You can pay cash over the counter at any bank or 7-Eleven store.  The fee is very low, approx ฿20 to ฿30. Make your transfer to our account at: the account(s) on the payment instructions you received.

You will receive an email with further instructions.

For online purchases you must email a copy or send a phone-photo of the transaction quoting your order number. The banks do not inform us of your name or order number.

Payments are verified manually during business hours only.

5. PayPal 

Please select the PayPal option and follow the instructions to make a payment from your PayPal account.

PayPal payments are secure and do not pass through our website or server. Your order will automatically be recorded as paid. Orders paid by PayPal can take up to 5 days to process. We receive a notification from PayPal about your transfer.
Your payment confirmation is the web page that appears when you place your order with the transaction reference number followed by your PayPal or credit card account statement.

If you have a problem making your payment, please use a different payment method or send a message from our  Contact Form.

In some cases we can send you an international PayPal invoice. For payments to Thailand, do not use any other PayPal services that may be available in your home country.

6. Credit card

Credit card payments are secure. They are redirected by PayPal to your issuer of MasterCard or Visa. They do not pass through our website or server and none of your details can be recorded by SwimmingPoolsThailand. Please select the PayPal option and follow the instructions to access the external secure payment page.  Your order will automatically be recorded as paid.

In some cases we can send you an international PayPal invoice which you can pay with your credit card. (5.0% fee)

7. Outside Thailand and foreign wire services (SWIFT, IBAN, Wells Fargo, Wise, etc)

DO NOT USE. Due to administrative fees delays, and local bank charges, we do not accept foreign bank wire services (SWIFT, IBAN, WISE, WELLS FARGO, etc.). In some cases we can send you an international PayPal invoice which you can pay with your credit card. (5.0% fee).

8. Overpayment / Refunds

Refunds are made as a credit voucher to your customer account, or to your Thai bank account.

8.1. Customer error, product(s) shipped, order cancelled: 10% fee to a maximum of THB 1,000.00 will be deducted from your refund for product checking and restocking returned products and administrative costs. Please provide your bank details. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.  Shipping costs are not refunded.
There are no administrative fees if a credit voucher is issued.

8.2. Customer error, product(s) NOT shipped, order cancelled or cancelled due to failure to provide proof of payment , or over-payment: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. An administrative fee of 5% will be deducted. Please provide your bank details. There are no deductions if you opt for a credit note.

8.3. Our error or inability to fulfill an order or part of an order: No administrative charges. Refunds may take up to 7 - 8 business days to process. Refunds are made to your Thai bank account by cash transfer. Please provide your bank details. If your have paid by PayPal, if technically possible, a refund will be made to your PayPal account.

8.4. Small amounts: In some cases we will create a credit voucher on your SwimmingPoolsThailand online store account. This will be automatically deducted from the amount to pay for your next purchase.

9. Deposit: refunds

Occasionally a deposit may be required to reserve goods you wish to purchase. This may be for special made-to-order products or special imports on your behalf. This facility is extended only to orders with a net value exceeding Thai Baht (THB) 100,000.00.

9.1. Order cancellation: Only possible if the order has not been shipped, if the manufacture has not begun, or if import order has not been processed by the supplier (goods in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded). 10% administrative fee will be deducted from your deposit refund. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

9.2. Our error, or total inability to fulfill the order after 30 days (manufacturer not able to supply, discontinued product, etc): No charge. Refunds are made in full and may take up to 7 working days to process; weekends and holidays excepted.

Note: Refunds are made to your Thai bank account only.

10. New Thai banking regulations

In some cases, bank accounts have been locked pending a personal visit to the bank to make a face recognition photo.These are in effect irrespective of the balance of the customer’s account.

You may have received this message or similar when attempting to make transactions beyond certain limits:

Unable to proceed
The Bank does not have your photo in
the system to verify your identity by
face recognition. Please bring your
National ID card and contact any SCB
branch to take a photo of your face.
Since you need to verify your identity
by face recognition before executing
transfer with amounts starting at
50.000 baht/time or each time your
total transfer amount in one day is

or changing your personal transfer/top
