Pricing policy for products and shipping 

Due to the volume of our sales and highly automated order processing system, we are able to offer highly discounted prices. These are already our 'best price.' *Unless otherwise specifically stated (bargains, special offers, clearance, shop soiled, etc) all products are brand new.

Products that are likely to be ordered in quantities of more than one unit  may display a quantity discount. (chemicals, valves and other pool construction accessories, etc.) No other quantity discounts are available.

• We do not negotiate individual product prices.
• We do not match competitors' prices.
• Installation quotations are prepared individually.
• Quotations are valid only for the period stated.

DISPLAYED PRICES

• Prices shown on the website are our current selling prices and include VAT.
• Prices may change without notice.
• All prices are displayed on the product or service pages including VAT.
• There are no hidden extras.
• There is no waiting time for shipping or other  'supplements' to be calculated.
• After confirming the order, the actual system-generated invoice is emailed to the customer.
• The invoice contains a full breakdown of purchase price, any discounts, shipping cost, and VAT.
• For corporate purchases (customers with a Tax ID) most province tax offices now accept these PDF e-commerce invoices.
* VAT (sales tax): If your device was: purchased outside Thailand, your browser default language is not English or Thai, you are using a VPN,  or if you are accessing the site from outside Thailand, the price may be displayed without VAT. In Thailand you must pay 7% VAT and this is added automatically in the cart summary at checkout.

PACKAGING COST

We use new and recycled cardboard boxes. The cost of picking, packing, banding, and addressing is included in the shipping cost.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are displayed immediately in real time in the preview cart along with the total cost of the products in your cart and include VAT. You do not need to check out first to see the shipping cost. This is a unique feature among pool shop online stores in Thailand.

The transport companies fees are based on weight and/or volumetric dimensions.

Our shipping costs are the same for all customers.

Shipping costs are the same kilo or volumetric rate for all destinations in Thailand.

We do not ship outside Thailand.

Shipping costs include the actual carrier's fee plus a very small amount for handling (picking and packaging), and transport to the carrier.

Shipping costs are per product. Product quantities and/or multiple items do not change the total shipping cost.  Split shipments or part deliveries form our different locations or by different carriers do not affect the total shipping cost.

Some products may benefit from free shipping. This is clearly stated on the product description page.

Consignments returned to our warehouse by the carrier (incorrect address/telephone number provided by the customer; customer not available or not answering telephone etc.) will be charged the same shipping amount again for reshipping if the order is still required.
