Contractual Start-of-Work phase payment

Basic field service for pools and home consultation fees are payable in advance and are calculated according to GPS location or Postcode.

For repair,  installation services, or routine pool maintenance or construction please refer to your quotation or contract. Any remaining costs are billed on completion. 

For home consultation, project meetings, or viability studies, the fees include traveling costs for English, French, German. or Swedish speaking European sales engineers and up to 3 hours discussion. Please refer to your quotation.
