Trade-in your old robot against the purchase of a new model.

How does it work?

1. Fill in the form and submit it.

We generally only make offers for robots bought in Thailand because these are the only versions we can test and/or repair:

S100, S200, S300i, M400 (M4 Supreme), M500, M600, M700, Wave 75, Wave 100, Active 10, Active 20, Active 30i
- only models manufactured since 2014.

2. You'll receive an e-mail with a rough estimate of what your robot is probably worth as a trade-in, and the address to send it to.

3. You can then choose to send your robot to us for a FREE health check - a computer diagnostic of the state of the major components, a report on the condition of the consumables (belts, roller brushes, filters), and a test in our pool.

4. We'll either send you a choice of two offers:

• A trade-in price for the purchase of a new robot - BEST VALUE

• An offer of a credit voucher to use on orders from our online store.

In the event that your old robot has no trade-in value, we can recycle it in an environmentally friendly process, or we can send it back to you.
