How to place and pay for your order     

Making and paying for an order is easy, in fact it's much quicker than it takes to read these 'step-by-step' instructions but you will not need to call our sales staff for help.  We accept credit cards (through PayPal) on most products, and simple bank transfer (e-banking or ATM) on all products (quickest order preparation and shipping). We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery). We do not accept wire transfers from outside Thailand.

We do not accept payment transfers from overseas by wire services or foreign banks.

Ensure you send us a copy of your transfer slip.

7. Payment by PayPal or Credit card: With effect from 1 January 2026, we have discontinued the PayPal / Credit Card feature from our payment methods for robots, pumps, filters, chlorinators. You will find that it is just as quick and easy to make a bank transfer from your Thai bank account. Find out why.
