  2. SHOPPING WITH US is faster than driving around the country to locate a pool store -  which might not even have what you need in stock. Very often we make same day shipments, but we do not guarantee it. We do try to process and ship stock items within 48 - 72 hours (business days only) of confirmation of payment, but this is not a condition of sale.
  3. Payments received after 12:00 noon are processed the following business day.
  4. Shopping with us is far less expensive than paying over-the-counter prices in a traditional pool store and you get a fantastic service in  your own language.
  5. If your order is urgent and you would like express 24 hour delivery by our own van please see the details and tarifs below.
  6. Please do not assume that our warehouses are in Bangkok.
  7. Please be patient with your order -  time is needed to  process your payment, pack your order, send it to the carrier, and the carrier will take their time to  deliver your package to you,  and in general they do not  operate on  Saturdays, Sundays, and public and religious holidays (see list  below).
  8. It is NOT possible to issue special delivery instructions to the Post Office or other carriers - please make adequate arrangements for goods reception  at your end.
  9. Although  single items up  to  5Kg are generally  shipped per Thai  Post  EMS, we reserve the right  to bundle multiple item orders and ship at our discretion by  the best method for the convenience of our customers.
  10. Our shipping costs may represent diferent prices from those shown on  the carrier's  delivery note. Our shipping prices reflect the additional cost of delivering to the carrier.
