Order statuses explained

1. Awaiting bank transfer  Your order has been confirmed and is waiting for your payment confirmation to payments@swimmingpoolsthailand.com

1. Awaiting PayPal invoice payment Waiting for payment confirmation from PayPal

2. Payment accepted Payment has been confirmed by our accounts department

2. Payment remotely accepted Payment has been confirmed by an outside service. Order processing may take a further 7 - 10 business days until bank charges have been checked

3. Preparation in progress Your order is being prepared by our warehouse

4. Shipped from distribution centre Your order has been shipped

5. Part shipment A part of your order has been shipped. Other parts will follow.

6.BKK warehouse This order has been passed to our Bangkok warehouse

6.Part BKK warehouse A part of your order will ship from our Bangkok warehouse

7. Not paid yet Your payment confirmation has not been received

2. Authorization accepted from PayPal  Your order has been authorised by PayPal

9. Cancelled Your order has been cancelled. Please check your email

10. Refunded Your payment has been refunded

11. Partial refund A part of your payment has been refunded

Delivered Your order has been successfully delivered

Undelivered/returned The carrier could not deliver your package(s)

Payment error There was an error with your payment

On hold Your order is waiting for further instructions

On back order Your product is out of stock and will ship as soon as possible

Complete shipment Your order has been shipped in one consignement

Remaining order (back order) A part of your order  is out of stock and will ship as soon as available

Special instructions - คำแนะนำพิเศษ Special instructions have been issued by our sales office
