1. Place your order through our online store and make your payment.
2. You will receive a box by courrier in about 2 days, with bottles, and return labels.
3. Fill the bottles (2), so that there is no air left in the bottle.
4. Complete the labels with your name, order number, date and time of the water sample, and the water temperature.
5. Stick the return address label on the box and send to our lab by express courrier.
6. Be sure that the bottles are tightly closed, and additionally protected by plastic bags, and that they cannot move in the box.
You will receive from us in about 4 - 6 working days a report by Email, with recommendations for the treatment of your water.
