You can contact us through our CONTACT FORM. This will ensure your message is read by the right department. Please be sure to enter all the required details and check that your e-mail address and phone number are correct. If you do not receive an automatic reply to your mailbox within a few minutes, please check your spam. 2. LANGUAGES
We speak perfect English, French, German, Swedish, and Thai. We can also receive and reply to written messages in Danish, Dutch, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Russian, Spanish, and Ukranianian. We are the only pool company in Thailand with multilingual sales staff and engineers.

3. CONTACT HOURS
You can contact us by phone Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00. Saturday 09:00-12:00. We are closed on Sundays and all public and religious holidays. Messages sent on our contact form are answered on all days and sometimes by an evening and weekend skeleton staff.

Our company, showroom, and demo pool are in Kut Phueng (Google GPS: 17.568611, 102.313528 in the north of Nong Bua Lamphu province. We are about 40 minutes from Nong Bua Lamphu city, and 50 Minutes from Udon Thani City. Visits by appointment only. Mon-Fri 09:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00. Saturday 09:00-12:00. Closed on Sundays and all public and religious holidays.

8. CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT
