SwimmingPoolsThailand is the fully certified sales and service partner for Dolphin robots in Thailand. Our workshop is equipped with the special Maytronics tools and electronic diagnostic system.
❖For warranty claims please contact your original vendor. If they are unable to help, or if they are no longer in business, you may contact us for advice. If your robot was purchased from us please scroll down for instructions and note that the importer/distributor is ultimately responsible for any guarantee claims.
For service and repairs:
• You can bring your robot to us, please make an appointment.
• You can send to us, please ask for the address of our service centre.
• You can take or send your robot to your original vendor.
• In Bangkok you can take your robot to the Maytronics importer (turnaround times are longer, the staff might not speak your language).
* Service for robots purchased outside Thailand, or purchased online other than from a fully accredited brick-and-mortar store displaying the Maytronics seal of approval, will be provided at our discretion.
Please do NOT send or bring robots to us without contacting us first. All packages must contain a document the customer's name, address, email, and telephone number. We are not responsible for products that cannot be identified.
Inspection and diagnostic is free, there is no fee for robots brought in to our centre and collected by customers. For robots shipped back with repairs declined, repacking and return shipment will be billed at ฿500.00.

Warranty can only be entertained if you robot has been duly registered with Maytronics immediately after purchase.
Warranty service does not cover the cost of shipping to and from a service centre.
If you choose to have your robot serviced or repaired by SwimmingPoolsThailand, please first contact us with a description of the problem through our contact form in any language.

- Date of purchase
- Vendor
- A copy of the sales receipt
- Serial number of the machine.
- Your location (district and province) in Thailand
- Your telephone number
If we are unable to provide advice for getting your robot started, you will then be given a reference code and then you can send it to our workshop location.

Warranty validity:
The Maytronics Warranty covers parts and labour in our centre. The guarantee does not cover return packaging and transportation costs.
On site service is not available. Transportation costs are not covered by warranty.
At SwimmingPoolsThailand we check the machine and make a full computer diagnostic with equipment provided to us by Maytronics.
If the issue is covered by warranty, we apply to Maytronics with the diagnostic report for authorisation to carry out the repair. Repair will be made by us on receipt of payment for the return shipping to you from our centre.
If the issue is not covered by warranty or if proof of purchase cannot be provided, on reception and examination of your robot we will send you a detailed estimate for the repair. This will include the cost of parts and labour, and return shipping cost. Service at your home is not available.
Most Dolphin parts, including power units and control systems cannot be repaired, they can only be replaced. A Maytronics diagnostic computer tells us what parts need replacing and we have special tools for disassembly and reassembly. We are therefore no further knowledgeable about these systems than the descriptions in the user manuals.
The robot management systems are electronic, but as swimming pool engineers we are not trained as software engineers.
For robots equipped for remote control, the remote system is generally operated by an API that must be downloaded to a smart phone.
• Neither SwimmingPoolsThailand nor Maytronics are liable for any downtime or lack of use while your robot is being repaired.
• All repairs and service are carried out strictly n a first-comer-first-served basis.
* DIY repairs: There is no guarantee on parts not fitted in our service centre.

Transportation
When returning a robot to us, please pack adequately and securely, and use the original packaging if available. Be sure that the machine is fully emptied of water and dry.
NOTE: Send both the machine and power supply to the address we provide.
We accept no responsibility for transportation damage or lost shipments. Please ship by KERRY EXPRESS only, and inform us of the tracking number. Do NOT use the Thai postal service.
You must include your name, return address, and telephone number in the package.
1. We do not accept machines for guarantee repair that have been purchased outside Thailand (see the official Guarantee Terms below) or that have been purchased online other than from SwimmingPoolsThailand.
2. Warranty repairs, even if performed in our workshops, require approval from the Maytronics importer, who will supply any required parts.
3. Immediate repairs are not possible. All repair requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Neither we nor Maytronics are liable for any loss of use of your robot during the repair process.
The MAYTRONICS warranty
(for S series robots). For other robots please see the card that came with your machine.
By using the pool cleaner, you accept the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The MAYTRONICS pool cleaner is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to qualifications, conditions and limitations as described below.
[Maytronics LTD] ("Maytronics") provides a warranty covering the motor unit, cable, and power supply of your Dolphin robotic pool cleaner for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is subject to the qualifications, conditions and limitations as described below. <
● is applicable in Australia, new Zealand, Pacific Islands, South East Asia and Southern Africa;
● covers only normal and reasonable use of the unit;
● is for manufacturing defects only;
● will be invalidated by the use of any electrical components not originally manufactured by MAYTRONICS; and does not cover damage, defects; malfunctions or other failures caused by or related to any use which does not comply with the instructions in the operator's manual, including the failure of the purchaser to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance; or repairs performed by any service station or person other than an authorized service representative of MAYTRONICS. :
To obtain warranty service, contact your nearest authorized MATRONICS dealer with the date of purchase, serial number, and description of the problem.
If a MAYTRONICS dealer instructs you to return the unit, you must attach to the unit a copy of the invoice, including the date of purchase, serial number and description of the problem.
if you make a warranty claim, MAYTRONICS or a person authorized by MAYTRONICS will examine the unit and, if MAYTRONICS decides that the warranty claim is valid, it will at its option either repair or replace the unit or any defective component and return it to you.
The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under any law that cannot lawfully be excluded under your contract with your supplier.
Our goods come with the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The warranty obligations of MAYTRONICS shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product or of any defective component, at the option of MAYTRONICS;
MAYTRONICS shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount to the purchaser or any other person for any loss, damage, injuries, actions,claims, costs or expenses, including injury or damage to persons or property, and damages to any pool surface including plaster, rendered, vinyl, and fibreglass, arising out of the use or reliance on or failure of the product in any way whatsoever; and MAYTRONICS excludes all other warranties or representations, express or implied, made by MAYTRONICS other than tose specifically set forth in this warranty or unable to be excluded by law.
No person, firm or corporation is authorized to make any representations or incur any obligations in the name of or on behalf of MAYTRONICS;
This Warranty contains the full and complete agreement between MAYTRONICS and the Purchaser.
