SwimmingPoolsThailand is the fully certified service agent for Dolphin robots in Thailand.

You have several options for warranty and after-sales service for your robot. You can either take or send it to your original vendor who will send it to Maytronics in Bangkok, or you can take or send it to our centre (turnaround approx 10 - 14 business days) where we have the official Dolphin service facility (fastest), or take or send it  to Maytronics in Bangkok (turnaround 3 to 4 weeks) who can also repair it (slower). Conditions apply:

(For the full text of the MAYTRONICS warranty, please scroll down). If you choose to have your robot serviced or repaired by SwimmingPoolsThailand, please first contact us with a description of the problem. You can call us on:

Please provide the following details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Vendor
  • A copy of the sales receipt
  • Serial number of the machine.

If we are unable to provide advice for getting your robot started, we will inform you of the address of our service centre.

The Maytronics Warranty covers parts and labour in our centre.

Warranty validity:

  • S Series residential robots: 2 years
  • M Series residential robots: 3 years
  • Wave series for commercial pools: 2 years

Transportation costs are not covered by warranty.

At SwimmingPoolsThailand we check the machine and make a full computer diagnostic with equipment provided to us by Maytronics.

If the issue is covered by warranty, we apply to Maytronics with the diagnostic report for authorisation to carry out the repair. Repair will be made by us on receipt of payment for the return shipping to you from our centre.

There is no guarantee on electronic parts or motors unless fitted in  our  service centre.

Non-guarantee repairs

If the issue is not covered by warranty, we will send you a detailed estimate for the repair. This will include the cost of parts and labour, and return shipping cost.

Transportation

When returning a robot to us, please pack adequately and securely, and use the original packaging if available. Be sure that the machine is fully emptied of water and dry.

Send both the machine and its control unit to the address we provide.

We accept no responibillity for transportation damage or lost shipments. Please ship by KERRY EXPRESS only, and inform us of the tracking number.

You must include your return address and telephone number in the package.

Restrictions

1. We do not accept machines for repair that have been purchased outside Thailand or purchased from a non-authorised Maytronics pool dealer, or purchased online other than from from SwimmingPoolsThailand.

2. Robots sold by JD Pools: Dolphin Active 10, Dolphin Active 20, and Dolphin Active 30i have identical interior components, roller brushes, and tracks to the official Maytronics range marketed by SwimmingPoolsThailand. Exterior plastic parts for the Dolphin Active 10, Dolphin Active 20 are not available from SwimmingPoolsThailand. We cannot provide guarantee services on these machines, but we can offer other service.

The  MAYTRONICS warranty

(for S series robots). For other robots please see the card that came with your machine.

By using  the pool cleaner, you  accept  the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The MAYTRONICS pool  cleaner is warranted to  be free from  defects in  materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject  to  qualifications, conditions and limitations as described below.

[Maytronics LTD] ("Maytronics") provides a warranty  covering  the motor unit, cable, and power supply of your Dolphin robotic pool  cleaner for a period of 24 months from  the date of purchase. The warranty is subject to the qualifications, conditions and limitations as described below.

● is applicable in Australia, new Zealand, Pacific Islands, Sout East Asia and Southern Africa;

● covers only  normal and reasonable use of the unit;

● is for manufacturing defects only;

● will be invalidated by  the use of any electrical components not  originally manufactured by MAYTRONICS; and does not  cover damage, defects; malfunctions or other failures caused by or related to:

any use which  does not  comply  with  the instructions in  the operator's manual, including the failure of the purchaser to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance; or repairs performed by  any  service station or person other than an authorized service representative of MAYTRONICS.

To obtain  warranty  service, contact your nearest authorized MATRONICS dealer with  the date of purchase, serial number, and description  of the problem.

If a MAYTRONICS dealer instructs you  to  return the unit, you  must attach to  the unit  a copy of the invoice, including  the date of purchase, serial number and description of the problem.

if you  make a warranty  claim, MAYTRONICS or a person authorized by  MAYTRONICS will examine the unit and, if MAYTRONICS decides that  the warranty claim  is valid, it  will  at  its option either repair or replace the unit or any defective component  and return it  to  you.

The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to  you under any law that  cannot  lawfully  be excluded under your contract with  your supplier.

Our goods come with  the guarantees that  cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by  law:

The warranty obligations of MAYTRONICS shall be limited to  repair or replacement  of the product or of any  defective component, at the option of MAYTRONICS;

MAYTRONICS shall not  be liable or responsible under any  circumstances or in any amount to  the purchaser or any other person for any loss, damage, injuries, actions,claims, costs or expenses, including injury or damage to  persons or property, and damages to  any  pool  surface including  plaster, rendered, vinyl, and fibreglass, arising  out of the use or reliance on  or failure of the product in any way whatsoever; and MAYTRONICS excludes all other warranties or representations, express or implied, made by MAYTRONICS other than tose specifically set forth in this warranty or unable to be excluded by  law.

No person, firm or corporation is authorized to  make any representations or incur any  obligations in  the name of or on behalf of MAYTRONICS;

This Warranty contains the full and complete agreement between MAYTRONICS and the Purchaser.
